The duplex rent includes paid water, sewer, and garbage, and permit parking along with selected complexes having security locking mailboxes. Up to 2 (two) pets are allowed. An additional security deposit of $300.00 will be added to the regular security deposit to create a total refundable security deposit as required in the lease, as well as $20.00 additional monthly rent per pet. No weight or breed restrictions on dogs.
